Order Processing

All products sold on Creatic Print are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful. Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipment.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability, production capacity, holidays, or high-demand periods.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination country and shipping method selected at checkout.

Typical estimated shipping times:

  • Europe: 5–15 business days
  • United States: 5–12 business days
  • International orders: 10–30 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:

  • destination,
  • selected shipping method,
  • product type,
  • and order size.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their local authorities.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information when available.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

We will work with the shipping carrier and Printful to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution where possible.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • your order number,
  • photos of the damaged product,
  • and photos of the packaging if applicable.

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.
